Shipping & Returns

Shipping within the US:
Special: FREE SHIPPING on orders over $28 - NO CODE NEEDED
Method: Postal Services, UPS, Fedex or Ontrac and etc.
Delivery: Expedite shipping available. Standard shipping takes 3-7 business days to arrive.
Charge: Add items to cart to see the accurate shipping cost for the items you are interested in ordering
Tracking: Tracking information will be e-mailed to you after the order is shipped

Shipping to the rest of the world:
Method: Orders will be shipped with DHL, FedEx or Postal Services and etc.
Delivery: May take 14-28 business days

Tracking: Tracking information will be e-mailed to you after the order is shipped
Custom: Duty charges maybe applied. These charges differ from country to country and are the customer's responsibility

Shipping Nail Polish:
We can only send nail polish within the USA. Orders placed containing nail polish for countries outside of USA will receive a refund for the nail polish and the remainder of the order will be shipped!

PLEASE NOTE:All orders are processed upon receipt. Processing can take 1-2 business days before your merchandise is being shipped out from our warehouse. The tracking number is automatically e-mailed to you after the package leaves our warehouse. Please keep in mind that it may take up to 3 days for a tracking number to be shown on the courier's website after a package is shipped.

How to return:
If you would like an exchange or refund, please Contact US. Please ensure to provide your order number and we will generate an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) for you to ship the item back to us. Please note we offer returns for most items within 28 days of receipt of shipment. However, full refund will be issued to either of the following situations ONLY:

1. For unwanted items: Item(s) must be in unopened/untested condition and must be returned with all original packaging and accessories. Buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. (Note: Items valued at over $75 must be returned with a traceable shipping service. If the order is valued at $100 or more, insure the shipment for the value of the merchandise and ship your return with a signature shipping service. For items below $75, we suggest USPS delivery confirmation service.)

2. For wrong items sent or items received are defective or damaged: When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please Contact US within 2 days after receiving the package and we will provide pre-paid return shipping label for buyer to send the item(s) back.

If for any other reason you would like to return an order, please Contact US as your return requires approval and is subjected to restocking fees.
Items received 28 days ago may not be returned or exchanged.
